	This was a company set up by Wilkinson and fellow partners in WBMG Environmental Communications to purchase, re-fit and crew a cargo vessel to assist Antarctic Treaty nations to clean up their bases under the Madrid Protocol of 1991, and to provide other environmental services in polar regions. The company was dissolved in December 2002.
