The Postal and Telegraph Clerks' Association (P&TCA) was formed in 1914 as a result of the merger of the Postal Telegraph Clerks' Association with the United Kingdom Postal Clerks' Association. In 1919 it was one of the unions which amalgamated to form the Union of Post Office Workers.
