Cycling/Cycling and Mopeds/Cycling and Sporting Cyclist/Cycling Weekly, 1891-2011
'Cycling - An Ilustrated Weekly' was a weekly magazine founded in 1891 by Edmund Dangerfield. The journal undergoes a number of name changes and is known as 'Cycling and Mopeds' from June 1957-April 1964, 'Cycling and Sporting Cyclist' from April 1968-August 1969 and becomes 'Cycling Weekly' in March 1986. From 30th April 1994 'Cycling Weekly' started incorporating 'Mtb Weekly' [Mountain Bike Weekly]; by the end of the decade this had become simply a regular feature.
