The Imperial Industries Club (IIC) was formed in 1903 "as an association of representatives of the leading commercial industries of the Empire for the purpose of mutual benefit, ... and of promoting the same by monthly meetings for dinner and discussion on the most important commercial topics of the day" [Reference: 'The Times', 4 Jun 1903]. It is unclear when the organisation was finally wound up.
