The Federation was founded in 1878 as the National Association of Master Builders of Great Britain, in succession to the General Builders' Association, (1865-1871). It was reorganised in 1984 and renamed the Building Employers' Confederation.
This collection has been weeded for duplicates.
There are no restrictions on access to these papers.
